Mental Health
Mental health affects every aspect of our daily lives. Our sense of personal well-being has a major impact on our physical health and interaction with others. The CMWB Regional Consumer Network is for the general public and is run by people who use or have used mental health services at some time in their lives within the Auckland and Northland regions.
Consumers of mental health services nationwide also benefit from the work we do, for example, by receiving our newsletter - Newsletter.
Here you can access information about mental wellbeing as well as practical information that could support you on your travels towards Recovery.
